MegaCom opened a new regional representative office in the Issyk-Kul oblast
KABAR, September 8. The Kyrgyz-Russian Company MegaCom successfully continues expansion of its branches network in regions of the country. Ceremonial opening of the representative office in Karakol town of the Issyk-Kul oblast became an important step towards exploration of large oblast and rayon centers of the republic by the Company.
After restoration of legal proprietary rights, the Russian investor, represented by businessman Gleb Ognyannikov, makes the main emphasis on strengthening of leader position of the cellular communication operator all over the republic, determining expansion of the regional service network as the strategic priority for the second half of 2010.
Jyldyz Karatalova, the Deputy Director General said: “Our shareholders consider the company as one of the priority assets of the holding Eventis Telecom, so they are ready to develop business in Kyrgyzstan. Nowadays there are representative offices of MegaCom in Osh, Naryn and Issyk-Kul oblasts. We plan to cover all regions of the Kyrgyz Republic before the end of the year”.
Service centers of the Company provide direct service accompaniment to subscribers and solve all issues, related to servicing – visitors of the centers may activate convenient tariffs, pay for communication services, set up additional services as well as to be consulted by specialists of the Company.
It is important that the Company not only provide the population with communication but also creates new working places for local people, providing them with good working conditions and possibilities for carrier growth, which improves economic condition of oblasts in general. Andrey Silich, Director General of the Company MegaCom said in his greeting speecg during opening ceremony: “All employees are your fellow nationals, they were selected from people of Karakol and got trained with best specialists in Bishkek”.
Activity of the Comapany MegaCom on the territory of the Issyk-Kul oblast has a very great social significance. In regions, where the Company opens its representative offices, MegaCom implements projects, aimed at development of these oblasts. Thus, in Karakol, it is planned to establish a new kindergarten – the Company will invest about 1.5 million soms for reconstruction of the building. Also the Company provided sports equipment for the sum of more than 300 thousand soms to the school-gymnasium No.1, named after L.Tolstoi, in Balykchi of the Issyk-Kul oblast.
Kubanychbek Abdubaliev, mayor of Karakol town, also participated in ceremonial opening of the representative office. He said: “I am glad about presence of such serious investor in region, which want not only to make business, but to closely cooperate with local authorities and develop the oblast jointly”.
In each region, where there is a representative office of the Company, MegaCom becomes the quality standard. Stable signal reception even in far mountainous rayons of Issyk-Kul oblast is provided by more than 90 base stations and new service center, opened in Karakol town, guarantees high level of servicing.
