Bishkek, April 2 / Kabar /. Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov will attend the 37th annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), which will be held April 3-4 in Khartoum, Sudan.
This meeting is mandatory for all members of the Board of Governors of IDB member countries. The purpose of this meeting is discussion of general policy, priorities of the IDB and further cooperation.
Within the framework of participation in annual meeting Finance Minister of Kyrgyzstan will hold meetings with leaders of the Islamic Development Bank Group, including the IDB President Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Ali, as well as with managers of other IDB member countries, the press service of the Ministry of Finance reports.
Kyrgyzstan is a member of the Islamic Development Bank since November 1993.
