Kyrgyzgaz has $3.35 million debt for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Bishkek, June 20 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz state Kyrgyzgas company has $3.35 million debt for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, the company's deputy director Eugenie Orlenko told during a roundtable.
The monthly debt for Kazakh KazTransGas company is $3 million, while to Uzbek Uztransgas company - $350,000, he added.
The debt is current, Orlenko said.
He added that the Kazakh side put strict conditions to Kyrgyzstan according to which the country should make payments for gas from Kazakhstan until 10-th of each month.
In case the conditions are broken, Kyrgyzstan will have to pay 0.5 percent penalty fee per each day.
