Jogorku Kenesh ratifies allocation of additional $15,8 million by WB for infrastructure development in Bishkek, Osh and 23 towns

 

Bishkek, June 21 / Kabar /. The Jogorku Kenesh (parliament) of Kyrgyzstan has ratified allocation of additional $15,8 million by the World Bank for infrastructure development in Bishkek, Osh and 23 towns. 8.7 million - credit and 7.1 million dollars is in the form of a grant.

Funding is aimed at improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of new buildings and other communities of the two largest cities of the Republic. And also help to continue investing in municipal and social infrastructure 23 towns, supported by the World Bank within the framework of the project infrastructure and capacity-building of small towns, noted in WB.
