Kyrgyz and Russian Prime Ministers will consider in September a draft agreement on construction of HPP on Naryn River

Bishkek, July 25 / Kabar /. Draft agreement on construction of Kambar-Ata-1 hydroelectric power plant and Upper Naryn cascade of hydropower plants will be presented to the Governments of Kyrgyzstan and the Russia by September. Such an agreement was reached in Moscow during the meeting of Prime Ministers of two countries - Omurbek Babanov and Dmitry Medvedev.

Heads of Governments of both countries discussed the Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation in various fields of mutual interest, implementation of promising and mutually beneficial projects.

The sides agreed that a group of Russian specialists will arrive in Kyrgyzstan in August of this year to study the project of construction of Kara-Keche thermal power station. 

The sides also discussed the organization of summer camps for children from Russia in Kyrgyzstan, the possibility of joint children's camps.

D. Medvedev and O. Babanov expressed satisfaction with the results of the meeting and agreed further boosting relationships in all areas of cooperation.
