U.S. government donated medical supplies to medical institutions in Talas, Naryn and Chuy oblasts and Bishkek city

Bishkek, September 14 / Kabar /. On September 14, the U.S. government, through American charitable organization "Project HOPE", will make a donation of medical supplies valued at $588,000 to medical institutions in Talas, Naryn and Chuy oblasts and Bishkek city.  The donations will be delivered according to a distribution plan approved by the Ministry of Health and are part of the «Operation Provide Hope» campaign.

These medicines and medical supplies were generously donated by American pharmaceutical companies, including Allergan, Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon and were produced to meet international quality standards.

Thanks to these medicines and medical supplies over ten thousand patients will receive high quality medical services.  For example, approximately 7,000 patients with eye diseases can receive treatment with Prednisolone eye drops and more than 250 patients with various physical disabilities will receive orthopedic items free of charge.
