Japanese Government will donate medical equipment to hospitals in southern region of Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, July 10 / Kabar /. The Government of Japan on behalf of the Embassy of the KR will donate medical equipment to regional hospitals of southern regions of Kyrgyzstan.
The press service of the Embassy of Japan in the KR, tomorrow on July 11 Nookat territorial hospital will receive one unit of artificial lung ventilation for children, an autoclave, defibrillator, a portable ECG, laboratory counter and two units of electric pumps and water distillers. The total amount of medical equipment amounts more than 50 thousand dollars.
The same day the Embassy of Japan will donate Aravan territorial hospital anesthesia-breathing apparatus, incubator for newborn resuscitation table for infants, multifunction bed, the medical table and chair and 68 units of beds for patients.
All these assistance is provided under the grant program "Grassroots and Human Security" of the Government of Japan.
The program has been implementing in Kyrgyzstan since 1996. It is aimed at solving basic human needs with the help of non-governmental organizations, local authorities.
