17. The press service of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic told the Kabar
Agency.
Circuit court of Jalal-Abad city court is considering legal action against the brother of ex-president A. Bakiev. He is charged with committing grave and especially grave crimes: the organization of mass disorders and illegal armed formation, illegal purchase and possession of firearms, fomentation of ethnic strife, extortion, and unauthorized occupation of land.
