A.Salyanova will take part in Coordination Council of Prosecutor Generals of CIS countries
Bishkek, April 18 / Kabar /. Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan Aida Salyanova will take part in extraordinary meeting of the Coordination Council of Prosecutors General of the CIS states-members on May 15 in St. Petersburg. The press service of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
The meeting will be chaired by Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. Prosecutor generals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will take part in it. Besides, chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary, the Secretary General of the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of CIS countries and CIS Executive Secretary of the Coordination Council of Prosecutor Generals will attend the meeting.
The meeting will consider issues of expansion of cooperation prosecutor’s office of CIS member states to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, fighting against organized and transnational crime, strengthen the rule of law, harmonization of national laws and development of legal framework of the CIS.
