Military prosecutors opened a criminal case on the fact of incident in the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border
Bishkek, July 18 / Kabar /. The Military Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan opened a criminal case under Articles 340 (murder of a law enforcement officer or soldier) and 104 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the KR on the fact of an armed incident between Kyrgyz and Uzbek border guards on July 18, 2012.
The incident occurred on July 17, 2012 in Jalal-Abad oblast on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border. As a result of the shooting sergeant K. Abdrasul uulu died and another Kyrgyz citizen K. Adylov received gunshot wounds.
