Bishkek, July 25 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz Ombudsman Tursunbek Akun declared about the current critical situation in the prison # 1 in Bishkek and resumption of sales of drugs in this prison. These results of a five-month monitoring carried out by representatives of the Institute of Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan was declared today at a press conference at Kabar Agency by Ombudsman T. Akun.
He said that, all achievements of the former leadership of the State Service for Punishment Execution of the KR in establishing order in prisons and detention centers in Kyrgyzstan have been lost. "I can confidently say that the former head of the prison#1 Mars Jusupbekov really closed all the cameras and stopped sale of drugs in the prison. Now there is no such an order. Again, all conditions are created for free movement of prisoners through the territory of the prison", said T. Akun.
