V.Popov named director of the Bishkekgorlift
KABAR, May 26. Acting mayor of Bishkek Isa Omurkulov has signed a resolution on appointing Popov Victor Alexandrovich as director of the Bishkekgorlift municipal enterprise.
Former head of the Bishkekgorlift Azat Beknazar was dismissed from his post according to his filed application.
