KABAR, July 20. Defense minister of Kyrgyzstan I. Isakov tendered his resignation.
I. Isakov plans to take part in the upcoming parliamentary election as a member of one of political parties of the republic,” Isakov told a news conference. He suggested his assistant Kubanychbek Orozbaev to replace him.
