Governor of Chui oblast appointed
KABAR, September 3. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbaeva signed the Dedree, in accordance to which Abdrahmanov Sagynbek Umetalievich has been appointed the head of the state administration – governor of Chui oblast.
