New head of presidential press service became known
Bishkek, December 7 / Kabar /. By the Decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev Kadyr Toktogulov has been appointed the head of the press service of the President’s - spokesperson of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Earlier K. Toktogulov has worked as press secretary of the Prime Minister Atambaev.
