USA allocates $ 450 thousand for reforming personnel management system in the Kyrgyz Republic
Bishkek, May 14 / Kabar /. U.S. allocates 450 thousand dollars for reforming the State Personnel Management Service of Kyrgyzstan. Director of the Personnel Management Service Nurhanbek Momunaliev told at the seminar "Income declaration of public servants: a tool for fighting corruption in Central Asia".
He said the personnel management system should be reformed. "Success of reforms in public service and in the government, as well as the economic situation in the country depends on that", said N. Momunaliev.
He also told that the State Personnel Management Service is developing a single automated control system of declarative information. "The U.S. government is supporting us by allocating money and providing expert advices", said N. Momunaliev.
