Kyrgyz President received Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey
Bishkek, April 4 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev received Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey, co-chair of the Intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Turkish commission Bekir Bozdag. Information Policy Department of the Kyrgyz Presidential Office reports.
B. Bozdag briefed the Kyrgyz President about the results of the sixth meeting of the Intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Turkish commission on trade and economic cooperation, which was held in Bishkek on April 4, 2012. He told that the meeting took place efficiently, a wide range of issues was discussed. In particular, projects in energy, transport and communications, agriculture, culture and education were discussed.
During the meeting President Atambaev stressed the importance of intergovernmental dialogue and partnership. "The Intergovernmental Commission is an important mechanism for implementation of agreements reached between our two countries", said Atambaev.
