Russia is a guarantor of stability in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbek expert
Bishkek, April 17 / Kabar /. Russia is the guarantor of stability in Kyrgyzstan. Vladimir Paramonov, head of the project "New Eurasia" (Uzbekistan) told today during the round table “The integration processes in Central Asia: Problems and Prospects".
According to his opinion, except Russia, the republic has no other alternative. "In my opinion, the recent negotiations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia need in continuation and the position of Bishkek must be changed. There is no need to argue, it is necessary just to look inside, see the long term prospect", he said.
V. Paramonov noted that short-term losses can result in long-term acquisition. "This concerns hydropower and railway construction jointly with China. Of course, it is difficult to work with China, but for Kyrgyzstan, these states are two ways to survive and to prosper", said the expert.
