Robert Blake: U.S. committed to constructive dialogue with Kyrgyz partners on Manas
Bishkek, April 19 / Kabar /. US will remain actively engaged in Central Asia to promote integration, security, prosperity and democracy. Robert Blake, Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs wrote on his Twitter account answering questions of Twitter users on Wednesday April 18.
The Assistant Secretary said that Uzbekistan is valued partner in Afghanistan. “We seek to broaden cooperation while urging progress on democracy and governance”, he said.
Robert Blake also said that U.S. committed to constructive dialogue with Kyrgyz partners on Manas.
“US will remain actively engaged in Central Asia to promote integration, security, prosperity and democracy. US partnering with Central Asians to improve border security both to stop drugs and terrorism and promote integration. Corruption progress needed”, the Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs said.
