President Atambaev: "Kyrgyzstan is interested in presence of Indian business in the country"
Bishkek, May 24 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan is interested in presence of Indian business in the country. President Almazbek Atambaev said during a meeting with Ambassador of India to the KR Funchok Stobdan.
According to the information of the Department of Information Policy of the President’s Office, during the conversation the Kyrgyz President noted that the development of bilateral cooperation with India is one of the important areas of the republic's foreign policy and expressed readiness to bring bilateral contacts to a new level of mutually beneficial partnership.
"The Kyrgyz side is interested in presence of Indian businesses in Kyrgyzstan", said A. Atambaev.
In turn, the Ambassador stressed that India is also interested in improving bilateral cooperation. "Currently, the Indian side is working over the issue on construction of a modern hospital with the latest equipment as well as the issue of creating high-tech park and the establishment of Technical University in Kyrgyzstan", said the Ambassador.
The sides also discussed the issues of industrial, cultural and educational cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and India.
