Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh met with Charge d'Affaires of Saudi Arabia in Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, May 25 / Kabar /. Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Asylbek Jeenbekov today met with Charge d'Affaires of Saudi Arabia in Kyrgyzstan Mara Derbas Al Baraka. The meeting was also attended by head of the parliamentary group of friendship of the Kyrgyz Parliament with Saudi Arabia Karganbek Samakov.
The press service of the Jogorku Kenesh reports that, the sides discussed prospects of bilateral relations and exchanged views on enhancing inter-parliamentary cooperation.
A.Jeenbekov congratulated Mara Derbas Al Baraka with the opening of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Kyrgyzstan and expressed confidence that this step will serve as an impetus for strengthening bilateral relations.
During the conversation A. Jeenbekov told that in the near future the Kyrgyz Republic will adopt a law on visa-free regime up to 60 days for citizens of 44 countries, including Saudi Arabia and expressed his hope for activation of attracting investments in the Kyrgyz economy.
