SCO took a decision regarding Secretary General and Director of the RATS
Beijing, June 7 / Kabar /. Heads of states of Shanghai Cooperation Organization took a decision to appoint the former governor of Irkutsk oblast of Russia Dmitry Mezentsev the SCO Secretary General. He will replace Muratbek Imanaliev on January1, 2013 till December 31, 2015.
Besides, the leaders of the SCO member states decided to appoint representative of China - Zhang Sinfen the director of the Regional Antiterrorist Structure of SCO Executive Committee. He also will assume the office on January 1, 2013 till December 31, 2015.
