President of Turkmenistan to participate in Summit of Turkic-speaking countries in Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, June 7 / Kabar /. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will participate in the Summit of the Turkic-speaking states in Kyrgyzstan. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov said today at a press conference in Bishkek talking about the results of his participation in the meeting of CIS Heads of Governments in Ashgabat.
The Prime Minister said that during his visit to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, he met with President of this country. "We discussed with him some moments of cooperation between the two states. In particular, creation of intergovernmental commission, opening of embassy or consulate of Turkmenistan in Bishkek and direct flight from Ashgabat to Bishkek", he said.
O. Babanov said Berdymukhamedov is invited to the summit of the Turkic-speaking states, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan in August of this year. "He gave his consent", he said.
