President Atambaev met with chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan N. Nigmatulin
Bishkek, June 14 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev met today with chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin.
During the meeting the sides discussed the issues of expanding trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation and deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation, the Department of Information Policy of the President’s Office reports.
The sides also noted that the allied Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations are characterized by a dynamic, sustainable development.
Head of the state stressed the importance of regular meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking states. "This meeting is one of the mechanisms for further integration between the Turkic-speaking countries", said A. Atambaev.
The President also noted that Kyrgyzstan is actively preparing for the Summit of the Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking states.
