US$ 7 million received for use of air base in Kantwill be directed for strengthening borders of Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, July 12 / Kabar /. It was decided to direct US $ 7 million received for the use of Russian air base in Kant for additional strengthening of national borders. Head of the Government’s Office, head of the department of defense, law enforcement and emergency Kolbay Musaev told today at a meeting of the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on implementation of activities of the National Strategy and introduction of system of integrated management of the state border.
"The current condition of the state border requires close attention and more funds for its strengthening. Yesterday, the Government held a meeting at which it was decided to allocate funds received for the use of Russian air base for strengthening the borders. 4 checkpoints will be built for these funds in the southern region", said K. Musaev.
