Bishkek, July 27 / Kabar /. "Mountainous countries need in special treatment and support", said President Almazbek Atambaev during the visit to the UN House in Bishkek.
He said that in mountainous countries there are areas where the situation is very serious. "We like the idea of exchanging of mountainous republics’ foreign debt writing off for sustainable development, environmental projects. That would be the right decision", said A. Atambaev.
