Russia’s consul general in Osh visited the Batken oblast
KABAR, September 6. Sergei Barsukov, the consul general of Russia in Osh visited the Batken oblast last week. During the visit, he met with governor of the Batken oblast Sultanbay Ayzhigitov and discussed issues of establishing and developing cooperation at the level pf regions of two states. S.Barsukov emphasized that the Russian Federation will continue to render support to Kyrgyzstan, the strategic partner in the region.
In his turn, S.Ayzhigitov said the Batken oblast is interested in developing direct contacts with the Russian regions and thanked for those assistance that rendered during the tragic events in the country’s south.
