Country Director at UN WFP Rasmus Egendal visited Kochkor village of Naryn oblast
Bishkek, April 26 /Kabar/. Country Director at United Nations World Food Program Rasmus Egendal visited Kochkor village of Naryn oblast to became acquainted with the implementation project within the framework of the WFP. Last year residents of 11 ayil okmotu in Kochkor region got 822 tons of flour and 77 tons of vegetable oil.
R. Egendal appreciated the results of implementation of the project and discussed allocation of the second tranche of the project.
As a result of WFP project, a lot of objects were reconstructed and 93 objects were built, about 1000 hectares of land are irrigated.
