Festival of inter-ethnic harmony and friendship held in Osh
Bishkek, July 3 / Kabar /. Friendship festival is held in the southern Osh city dated to the topic of inter-ethnic harmony and friendship. The press service of the Osh Mayor’s Office reports.
The event was organized within the framework of the mini-project “Peacekeepers”.
The purpose of the event was to contribute to development of culture, peace and reconciliation in society, increase feelings of patriotism as well as distribution of mission of “Peacekeepers”.
The participants of the festival were greeted by Vice Mayor of Osh city Dastan Khodzhayev and OSCE representative Martin Shoster, director of public fund" IRET "Dilbar Yusupova.
A concert was held in frames of the festival, prepared by communities calling for peace and friendship.
