Bishkek, April 4 / Kabar /. "Moratorium on rallies, pickets will be imposed in Kyrgyzstan for the year", ex-Minister of Agriculture Iskender Aidaraliev said at a press conference at Kabar Agency.
"It's time to move from rallies and pickets to practical work. It is necessary to stop all these activities and lobbying somebody’s interests for money. We have to think about the welfare of people, to develop economy, think about the fate of multiethnic Kyrgyzstan. We should understand that everything is in our hands", he stressed.
