Bishkek, April 24 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev signed the Decree "On establishment of Mother's Day in the Kyrgyz Republic".
His decision to establish the Mother's Day in the Kyrgyz Republic the President explained with the need to attract the attention of the society and the state to raise the status and role of the mother, the family situation in Kyrgyzstan and international practice.
According to the Decree, the third Sunday of May will be celebrated as Mother's Day, the Information Policy Department of the Presidential Office of the KR reports.
