China donated material and technical facilities to the Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek, May 11 / Kabar /. The official ceremony of donating material and technical facilities of the People's Republic of China to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan is held today in Bishkek.
The facilities are intended to provide technical assistance to the law enforcement officers in the fight against crime. The aid includes of portable radios, tiny phones, the base stations, bullet-proof vests, stun guns, night vision devices and others totaling $ 1 million 999 thousand 200 yuan (about 14 million soms).
Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Zarylbek Rysaliev told: "Today's event vividly testifies friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and China. I have no doubt that together we can and will effectively fight against crime".
Chinese Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Van Kayven assured that China will continue to render assistance and expressed hope for further fruitful and close cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
