The detainee MP N. Tuleyev did not stop the hunger strike since his arrest, the Ombudsman Office
Bishkek, June 29 / Kabar /. By order of the Ombudsman Tursunbek Akun employees of the Ombudsman Office visited the investigatory isolation ward of the National Security Committee of the KR and became acquainted with the condition in the jail of deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Nariman Tuleyev.
The press service of the Ombudsman reports that, the detainee MP did not stop the hunger strike since his arrest in protest of actions of law enforcement agencies, because he believes his detention is unlawful. At present time in order to maintain his health doctors recommended glucose in the form of dropper, which he began to receive since June 28, 2012. N. Tuleyev did not complain on conditions of detention and treatment of prison staff, his lawyer visits him periodically.
Currently, the lawyer S. Baratov appealed the decision of Pervomaisky district court of Bishkek B. Zhanaliev to change the preventive measure of the June 25, 2012.
