Council of Ulemas of Kyrgyzstan elected acting Mufti
Bishkek, July 17 / Kabar /. Council of Ulemas of Kyrgyzstan elected Rakhmatillo aji Egemberdiev as acting Mufti of Kyrgyzstan.
Spokesperson of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan Maksat Mambetaliev told that 24 Ulemas out of 31 voted for andidacy of Rakhmatillo aji Egemberdiev. His candidacy was proposed by Muftiat.
The ulemas have also decided to eliminate the center of the Hajj and Umrah and the fund "Waqf".
Recall that the head of the Muslim Board Chubak aji Jalilov resigned citing to his health condition.
