Saudi Arabia grants Kyrgyzstan for Hajj-2012 quota of 4000 places
Bishkek, August 29 / Kabar /. Saudi Arabia has granted Kyrgyzstan for Hajj-2012 quota of 4000 places. Deputy chief mufti, head of the national headquarters for the organization of the Hajj-2012 Zamir kary Rakiev said.
He noted that another 500 quota is expected to be granted. "Another 500 quota we plan to get from the leadership of Saudi Arabia as a gift to Muslims wishing to make the pilgrimage. Every year we receive them, but this year, perhaps they can not be granted. In the near future me and Mufti Rahmatullah aji Egemberdiev will go to Arabia to discuss these issues", said Z. Rakeiev.
This year's pilgrimage will cost citizens of Kyrgyzstan at $ 2250.
5 thousand 68 Kyrgyz citizens went to Hajj in 2011.
